Working With the Unexplained - Completed Project

In a previous blog, I tried working with a special fusing adhesive in order to place some small stringers on a spoon rest to create a new pattern.  I fused the glass once the pattern was completed.  The fully fused spoon rest then went through another 18 hours in the kiln to slump it into the shape of the spoon rest, with the center depressed and the handle shape for the spoon to rest.  Shown here is the completed project with the new design.
