A Bevy of Soap Dishes

A group of lions is a pride, a group of ravens is an unkindness, I am not sure what a group of soap dishes is called, so I settled on a bevy.

I have been busy making soap dishes lately and I’ll start with the construction steps.  The dishes start out with this flat construction paper pattern used to cut the glass (left), then the basic soap dish shape is full-fused in the kiln (center).  Next, the dots for texture are added and soap dish is contour-fused in the white mold (right) to create the gentle soap dish shape.

Here is a bevy of soap dishes that I have made in various solids and color combinations.  I hope one of them will fit your home precisely – just let me know!

We enjoy making items that represent special times or special people.  If you want a special item, contact us by emailing here or contact us on Facebook.
