Colorful Ornaments

Many Christmas tree ornaments come in the favorite cherry red and deep green, or some combination that includes these two colors.  We use these colors for some items, and this year used a large quantity of black and white in creating the North Carolina lighthouse collection.

We are always looking for new – and unique – ideas.  This ornament came into being as we looked for a missing glass pattern and uncovered a small wooden Christmas ball purchased several years ago.  Using this wooden ornament for a traditional round Christmas ball as inspiration allows us to use a wide variety of colors.  The balls we created, shown here, have an additional decoration of a textured starburst or 3D flowers for nature lovers.  Many colors, many choices, many smiles!
